Summary

Requirements

  • 3 years+ Experience and knowledge of Change Management principles supporting technology related projects. Digital transformation is a plus
  • Experience leading change management for Workfront and/or AEM implementations
  • Experience developing and implementing change strategy and plans
  • Prosciโ€™s methodology, ADKAR Model, and tools experience & Certification
  • Ability to develop and deliver creative business solutions for complex problems (consulting experience is a plus)
  • Technology savvy and highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with client management to gather and analyze operational information and perform change needs assessment and discovery
  • Consult with client staff members and identifying and managing anticipated resistance
  • Create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance that are customized to clientโ€™s unique cultures, needs, and goals
  • Support the change management activities within a structured process and framework - from change discovery and needs assessment through change strategy development and tactical change support
  • Create communication and training plans and deliverables to enable smooth implementation of the strategy
  • Design the approach to managing change associated with a given client project and monitor change progress
  • Collaborate with client management to gather and analyze operational information and perform change needs assessment and discovery
  • Coach client managers and staff to improve implementation communication
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration necessary for change management
  • Integrate change management activities into larger project plans
