Requirements

• 1-2+ years of operations experience preferred OR a Bachelor's Degree/Advanced Degree with an interest in working within Financial Services/Cryptocurrency
• Knowledge of cryptocurrencies and understanding of payment systems (SWIFT, SEPA, FPS, card payments)
• Experience in an operations or payments processing role, or in the financial industry is an advantage
• An analytical mindset: you will be viewing large data sets and investigating customer accounts at a deep level
• Passion for creating a positive customer experience that is highly responsive, professional and qualitative
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work as a team to identify process improvements
• Fluent verbal and written English (C1/C2). Other business functional languages are advantageous

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily monitoring of payments and crypto activity across our consumer product offerings
• Process crypto and fiat movements between accounts in the Blockchain ecosystem
• Manage day-to-day Finance Operations tasks
• Collaborate with other departments to address elevated customer inquiries
• Create and maintain operational workflows and procedures
• Work closely with our product, compliance, engineering and customer success teams to improve our existing processes and create a better experience for our users
