Summary

Join Nova Credit as a Consumer Operations Associate and play a critical role in advancing our mission of financial inclusion. This temporary role on our Go To Market team involves responding to and resolving consumer inquiries and disputes, scaling our consumer operations function. You will learn our operational and support systems, understand consumer needs, and gain knowledge of Nova Credit's products. The role is remote-friendly within the contiguous U.S., with working hours corresponding to the U.S. Eastern Time Zone. We value diversity and inclusion and offer a dynamic work environment.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a client or consumer-facing role (e.g., online customer support or call center customer support)
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Service Console and/or other similar customer ticketing software
  • High consumer empathy

Responsibilities

  • Learn how our operational and support systems work and begin communicating directly with our consumers
  • Understand what drives our consumers
  • Obtain a general understanding of Nova Credit’s products
  • Get to know your fellow Novans
  • Responding to and resolving consumer inquiries and disputes
  • Help scale our growing consumer operations function
