Content Analyst

Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Content Analyst and build websites for small business customers using our platform. This creative role requires excellent content skills and a passion for helping businesses succeed online. We are only considering candidates based in Central/South America. Two schedules are available: Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday, with hours between 6:30 am to 3 pm EST or 11 am to 8 pm EST. Top performers are rewarded with promotions, remuneration progression, and performance bonuses.

Requirements

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Possess proven experience in Website design, UX/UI, content creation, or a related role
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in English (C1/C2 or Advanced English+ level)
• Exhibit basic technical proficiency and a willingness to learn about website building and digital marketing

Responsibilities

Build websites using our website builder platform for our diverse range of small business customers

Preferred Qualifications

• Have a bachelor's degree in a related field (Marketing, Advertising, Web Design, UI/UX)
• Have experience working with small businesses, entrepreneurs, or startups
• Possess knowledge of branding and marketing principles
• Have basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Have professional experience in design/marketing, where UX/UI is an important part of your job and you are creative
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Possess time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
