Summary
Join Lunit, a global leader in AI-powered medical imaging, as their EMEA Marketing Manager! Based in Germany and working remotely, you will spearhead marketing strategies across Europe, focusing on the DACH region. This role demands developing and executing multichannel campaigns, collaborating with sales and product teams, and showcasing Lunit's thought leadership. You will monitor campaign performance, leveraging data analytics for optimization. Success requires strong B2B healthcare marketing experience, proven campaign execution, and fluency in German and English. The ideal candidate will be a self-driven achiever, a skilled communicator, and a data-savvy analyst.
Requirements
- 3-5 years in a healthcare marketing role in a B2B and technology domain
- Native in German, proficient in English
- Proven track record in executing successful marketing campaigns targeted at key accounts; familiarity with marketing automation platforms like Hubspot or Pardot
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the EMEA region, in alignment with global objectives and tailored to the specific needs of the local markets, with a focus on the DACH markets
- Execute targeted, multichannel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across online, social media, event, and print channels
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, leveraging data analytics to refine and optimize strategies
- Partner closely with the product and sales team to provide tools, collateral, and insights that support sales initiatives and increase close rates
- Lead content development to position Lunit as a thought leader in the radiology AI space, including white papers, webinars, blog posts, and case studies
- Identify industry influencers, partners, and associations to extend Lunit’s thought leadership reach and credibility
- Oversee Lunit’s presence at key industry events, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars. Manage event logistics, booth design, staffing, and lead capture
- Coordinate with the global marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a global, multi-market organization, with the ability to adapt strategies to local markets
- Knowledge of AI-driven healthcare technologies and familiarity with the latest trends in medical imaging and diagnostics
