Join us and let's shape the AI Economy together! The ASVAB Content Consultant will play a key role in developing and collaborating with the Correlation One content team to provide general guidance regarding the development of a full program curriculum for the ASVAB program.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in ASVAB content development and assessment writing
• Fluent in English
• Ability and willingness to understand and use new learning and content management systems
• Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in education is preferred but not required
• Experience with learning and content management systems (preferred, but not required)

Responsibilities

• Curriculum advising: The consultant will work with other consultants as well as the Correlation One Content team to develop a syllabus, instructional materials for live sessions, and a set of learning objectives
• Weekly and ad hoc meetings: Participate in weekly meetings with the C1 content team to ensure the team is on track to prepare all curriculum and related materials, answer questions, discuss any relevant decisions, etc
• Write and edit course materials, such as lesson plans, presentations, and assessments, ensuring they align with established learning objectives and meet quality standards
• Review and revise existing content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and relevance, as well as adherence to accessibility and inclusivity guidelines
• Work closely with the project team to ensure timely delivery of course materials, adhering to established deadlines and project milestones
