Content Designer

Summary

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in content design or related roles, with a focus on productivity tools
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools
• Expertise in presentation design and a strong portfolio of relevant work
• Fluent in English with exceptional UX writing skills

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain slide templates to enhance usability and aesthetics
• Create compelling educational videos that simplify product adoption
• Develop UX copy that is clear, engaging, and aligned with our brand voice
• Collaborate with marketing on messaging strategies and brand continuity
• Partner with customer success to ensure content addresses user pain points
