Remote Content Generalist

Summary

Arc.Dev's client seeks a versatile and detail-oriented Content Generalist to evaluate and improve AI-generated prompt responses. This is a part-time, fully remote contract role.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Computer Science, or a related field
• Native English speaker with excellent content sense
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with AI technology and its applications
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated prompt responses for accuracy, relevance, coherence, and overall quality
• Provide detailed feedback on prompt responses to help improve AI performance
• Collaborate with the AI development team to identify common issues and suggest improvements
• Conduct research to understand user needs and preferences, ensuring that AI responses align with these insights
• Assist in creating guidelines and best practices for prompt response evaluation
• Contribute to the development and refinement of evaluation metrics
• Maintain documentation of evaluation processes and results

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with content creation, editing, or similar roles is a plus
• Previous experience in evaluating AI model responses is highly preferred
