Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in content marketing in B2B marketing
  • A writing style that is clear and concise, and has humor and spice ;). We want someone who is unafraid of AI content tools and embraces using it to increase content velocity
  • An exceptionally high performance bar for oneself and everyone on the team. Unafraid to communicate what’s working and what needs to change
  • A creative thinker who is quick on their feet and can pull things together in a scrappy way. We are a small team that moves fast so you’ll need to be a self-starter
  • Strong execution and project management skills. Can stay organized and keep the trains running on time to hit goals
  • A kind human who wants to build an extraordinary product, culture and brand
  • Someone who is energized by ambiguity and can create structure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Someone who has past experience growing an audience and developing viral content in a B2B setting

Responsibilities

  • Launch and distribute a spicy content series to educate and entertain on the age-old rivalry between sales and marketing teams
  • Grow and engage our community by revamping our always on programs (like our newsletter and SEO strategy) to engage our newsletter community, already in the tens of thousands
  • Collaborate with our CX team to interview and publish our customer stories in a way that inspires our prospects and demonstrates thought leadership to the broader marketing community
  • Translate our live conference into a digital series and playbooks; using stellar film and brand agencies to augment and uplevel your work
  • Help generate brand awareness by playing a big role in generating PR, creating engaging and viral social media content, and building and growing communities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience writing about ABM or personalization is a plus
  • Experience with SEO is a plus
