Join Ashby's dynamic marketing team as a Content Lead and own key content pillars, including webinars, courses, and events. Requirements
- Be a builder at heart, open to tackling the unknown and building for the best outcome
- Be proficient in Google Slides and possess systems thinking skills
- Work autonomously while knowing when to seek help or brainstorm
- Be skilled at repurposing content across various platforms
- Embrace new technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency, including AI tools
- Develop a deep understanding of which topics resonate with the respective audience, and use personalization tools and strong writing to craft copy for various channels
Responsibilities
- Own our monthly community webinars, including topic selection, asset development, speaker preparation, and event hosting
- Develop the full content roadmap and assets for upcoming conferences and events, including speaker selection and content creation
- Scale existing programs for courses and certifications, ensuring content relevance and community engagement
- Develop a deep understanding of our customer by listening to customer calls weekly
- Prioritize intuition over traditional content playbooks, focusing on customer needs and innovative approaches
- Own all operational work around content programs, acting as an end-to-end marketer
- Work closely with Partnerships, Events, and Community teams to ensure alignment on goals and processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with high-volume content publishing is not required, but strategic thinking is valued
- SEO is not the primary research method; understanding customer needs is prioritized
- Familiarity with SaaS products is beneficial, but product expertise is not required
- Experience with traditional content careers is not necessary; this role is unique and multifaceted
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively is crucial
