Summary

Join Ashby's dynamic marketing team as a Content Lead and own key content pillars, including webinars, courses, and events. You will develop and execute content strategies, scale existing programs, and deeply understand our customer base. This role requires a builder mentality, strong presentation skills, and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. You'll be responsible for the full content lifecycle, from ideation to execution, and will leverage your intuition and creativity to create impactful content. Requirements

  • Be a builder at heart, open to tackling the unknown
  • Love working in Google Slides and be a systems thinker
  • Have close to or direct experience with product marketing
  • Work autonomously while knowing when to raise a hand for help or brainstorming
  • Be crafty at repurposing content
  • Embrace new technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Be able to develop a deep understanding of which topics resonate with the respective audience, and use personalization tools and strong writing to craft copy for various channels

Responsibilities

  • Own our monthly community webinars, including topic selection, asset development, speaker preparation, and event hosting
  • Develop the full content roadmap and assets for upcoming conferences and events, including speaker selection and content creation
  • Scale existing program experiments for courses and certifications, ensuring content relevance and community engagement
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customer
  • Follow your intuition over playbooks
  • Own all the operational work around your content programs
  • Work closely with Partnerships, Events, and Community on the marketing team
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment on goals, campaign approaches, and processes
