CRM Strategist

Summary

Join SmartBug Media, a leading HubSpot agency, and become a CRM strategist on our fully remote team in Montreal. You will help clients implement and optimize HubSpot, develop inbound marketing and sales strategies, and integrate HubSpot with other systems. The ideal candidate possesses a bachelor's degree, 5+ years of web marketing experience, and Inbound and Google Analytics certifications. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on marketing, or any other relevant field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in web marketing and web strategy
• Inbound and Google Analytics certification
• Skills in data mapping, systems integration and database schema design
• Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM software (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) HubSpot = a great asset
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Advanced level of English, written/oral*

Responsibilities

• Helping customers successfully implement HubSpot within their organization
• Help customers optimize the use of HubSpot to generate growth and better inbound performance
• Identify strategies to generate visitors, leads and customers
• Establish a plan to achieve an organization's business objectives
• Put Inbound Marketing and Inbound Sales at the heart of customers' digital strategies to attract visitors, turn them into leads, convert them into customers and build loyalty
• Offer integrated sales and marketing solutions involving websites, social networks, content, lead generation, marketing automation and CRM. All based on the HubSpot ecosystem
• Participate in training customers on the use of HubSpot
• Manage customer relations and ensure customer satisfaction
• Be able to help customers develop their personas and buyer's journey;Work on several accounts simultaneously
• Analyze and design data schemas to optimize workflows and integrations within HubSpot
• Perform data mapping operations to ensure seamless integration between HubSpot and other systems or platforms
• Understand and define requirements for external system integrations with HubSpot, and implement appropriate solutions to ensure data consistency and quality
• Create and maintain database object schemas to optimize processes and analyses within HubSpot

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B (an asset)
