Content Management Specialist

Summary

Join Prowess Consulting as a Content Management Specialist! This full-time, remote position (until June 2025, with potential extension) requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in AI tools. You will format, triage, and update content; manage FAQs; collaborate with subject matter experts; conduct office hours; transcribe meetings; and improve data management. The ideal candidate possesses proven content management experience, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach. Location must be within specified states. Compensation is $105,000-$118,000 annually.

Requirements

• Reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington
• Proven experience in content management or a related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in using AI tools and technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Self-starter who can drive forward a project with minimal direction

Responsibilities

• Take existing content and put it into the required format, ensuring consistency and accuracy
• Review, prioritize, and update content to keep it current and relevant
• Use AI tools to reduce the burden of repetitive tasks and improve efficiency
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive FAQ section, ensuring it is up-to-date and informative
• Work closely with compliance domain SMEs to ensure content accuracy and relevance
• Conduct regular office hours to address content-related queries and provide support
• Transcribe meetings and discussions accurately and efficiently
• Identify and implement better ways to manage and organize data
• Work with SMEs to evaluate AI responses for accuracy and quality

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with compliance regulations and standards
• Experience with content management systems (CMS)
• Knowledge of data management best practices
