Summary

Join Highsnobiety as a Content Manager, App and drive the strategy, planning, and execution of all content for our app. This pivotal role will position the app as a central hub for immersive storytelling, audience growth, and engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to curate exclusive, on-brand content while maintaining Highsnobiety’s voice. Analyzing performance metrics to refine strategies and optimize audience retention is key. You will design and implement a cohesive content strategy, curate app-exclusive storytelling, and act as a liaison for content planning and execution across various teams. Experimentation with innovative content formats and monitoring app performance are also crucial aspects of this role.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital content management, ideally within lifestyle, fashion, or culture-focused brands
  • Expertise in video and photo editing, with the ability to create visually compelling and trend-driven content
  • Strong editorial skills with the ability to uphold and adapt brand voice across platforms
  • Demonstrated success in creating and executing content strategies that drive user engagement and growth
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration
  • Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and using insights to guide strategy
  • Familiarity with app-specific content trends and best practices

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a cohesive, engaging content strategy for the Highsnobiety app
  • Curate and oversee app-exclusive storytelling, maintaining alignment with Highsnobiety’s brand ethos
  • Act as the central liaison for content planning and execution across Editorial, Social Media, Brand, HS+, and Commerce teams
  • Collaborate with video teams in New York and Berlin to develop original app-specific content
  • Uphold Highsnobiety’s editorial voice, ensuring all app content aligns with our storytelling standards
  • Experiment with innovative content formats to elevate user experience and boost engagement
  • Monitor app content performance through audits and reporting. Use this data to drive improvements in key app performance metrics
  • Identify actionable insights to refine content strategy and enhance user engagement
