Responsibilities

• Plan and create engaging content (posts, videos, infographics, stories) for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok
• Ensure a consistent brand voice and message
• Manage interactions with followers to build an active online community
• Use trends, hashtags, and new opportunities to increase visibility
• Track content performance (engagement, reach, conversions)
• Provide reports and insights to improve results
• Plan and run paid content campaigns to generate leads
• Work with marketing teams to align efforts
• Optimize social media profiles for better performance
• Stay updated on platform changes and new tools
• Work with design and marketing teams for cohesive campaigns
• Align content with business goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in performance marketing or lead generation
• Knowledge of SEO for content strategies
