Summary

Join Hello Heart as their Content and Social Media Manager, B2B, and lead content strategy, creation, and execution across multiple channels. Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals and audience needs. Create compelling content including blogs, whitepapers, eBooks, social posts, and more. Test and optimize content programs for different audiences and buyer journey stages. Manage an editorial calendar and optimize content for SEO, tracking performance metrics. Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure content alignment. Develop content positioning Hello Heart as a leader in heart health. Tailor content for specific audiences, and partner with freelancers to scale content efforts. This role requires 5+ years of experience in content marketing or related fields, exceptional writing and editing skills, proven experience in developing and executing content strategies, strong SEO knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, journalism, or related fields, preferably in healthcare, tech, or B2B industries
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a portfolio of diverse content formats
  • Proven experience developing and executing content strategies that drive engagement and business outcomes
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Hello Heart’s business goals and audience needs
  • Lead the creation of compelling, high-quality content, including blogs, whitepapers, eBooks, social posts, testimonials, case studies, email campaigns, video scripts, and more
  • Test and optimize unique content programs and offers for different audiences across different stages of the buyer journey (top, middle, and bottom of funnel)
  • Manage and maintain an editorial calendar to ensure consistent delivery of content
  • Optimize content for SEO and track performance metrics to refine strategies and drive results
  • Work cross-functionally with customer success, support, product, and sales teams to ensure content aligns with the needs of users and clients
  • Develop content that positions Hello Heart as a leader in heart health and digital health innovation
  • Tailor content for specific audiences, including Medicare Advantage plans, employers, labor unions, and individual users
  • Partner with freelancers as needed to scale content efforts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience collaborating with design and multimedia teams to create visual content (Instagram experience is a plus)
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus
