Join Movemedical's Marketing team as the Content Lead (Designer) and drive the creation and execution of impactful marketing content strategies. You will manage projects across multiple campaigns, collaborating with various teams to design assets and ensure alignment with revenue generation goals. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of experience in content strategy, design, or project management within enterprise software companies, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and project management tools, and excellent organizational and communication skills. Requirements
- Provide excellent quality across all design mediums with focused attention to detail
- Interpret complex data and apply graphic visualizations
- Produce and present thoughtful design solutions
- Manage time effectively, being available when needed, especially remotely
- Tackle various design projects simultaneously within allocated time frames and budgets
- Thrive in a fast-paced, agile team environment
- Project-manage assignments independently while delivering high-quality results
- Be self-determined and self-disciplined
- Have 5+ years in content strategy, design, or project management roles within enterprise software companies; MedTech experience a plus
- Be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Have excellent organizational and time-management skills, strong communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, develop, execute and manage comprehensive content strategies that align with marketing objectives and brand guidelines
- Create and manage assets for integrated campaigns, including visual design, social media, web content, videos, and more
- Oversee the project lifecycle for marketing campaigns, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and leadership, to ensure content aligns with strategic goals
- Maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms and marketing materials
- Manage workflows and prioritize resources for design projects, adapting to shifting priorities
- Research and implement best practices for campaign optimization, including A/B testing and performance tracking
- Organize and oversee asset libraries and templates for efficient content production
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for campaigns and content initiatives
- Drive metrics and reporting for campaign success, using insights to inform strategy
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with video editing software
