Requirements

  • Prefer BA in English, journalism. Will consider BA in marketing, liberal arts, media, or communications
  • Minimum of two years related experience (e.g. publishing, editorial, journalism, content marketing, copywriting, digital marketing)
  • Experience with marketing and writing with strong understanding of B2B marketing and technology
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and understand new concepts, tools, and markets
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced setting with competing and ever-changing tasks. Sense of urgency and strong work ethic
  • Ability to successfully work across teams

Responsibilities

  • Concept, write, review, and otherwise bring to fruition marketing content in a variety of media
  • Accelerate lead creation, conversion, and revenue by providing compelling and high engagement content such as short and long form articles, eBooks, guides, white papers, guides, infographics, case studies, and videos
  • Produce engaging and persuasive promotional materials including headlines, landing pages, email, advertising, social, and other marketing campaign tactics
  • Using data, research, and collaboration, create B2B marketing assets tailored to key audiences and personas, as compelling thought leadership materials that build awareness, interest, brand preference, audience engagement, and website traffic
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders including vertical, product and channel marketing; PR, demand generation and marketing operations leaders; subject matter experts and external agencies
  • Work with marketing team members to review projects, maintain resources, and participate in regular team trainings
  • Simultaneously manage multiple projects and workflows with multiple stakeholders, on deadline
  • Publish and activate content using content management processes tools and systems
  • Evaluate content performance to inform and optimize ongoing content marketing efforts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project management experience
  • Related contact center industry experience
