Summary

Join our dynamic team as an ABM Content Marketing Manager and take on a pivotal role expanding content capabilities within our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) team. This is a new role, best-suited to an experienced, self-motivated professional with a clear vision for how work collaboratively with ABM managers to develop and implement scalable production processes, and shape messaging for key audiences across various industries.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, preferably within B2B, SaaS, or technology sectors
  • Strong understanding of best practices in ABM strategy and how targeted marketing can be leveraged in a B2B context
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to work on short timelines associated with ABM activities
  • High social intelligence that translates into strong mentoring skills, with a passion for knowledge sharing and the ability to coach non-writers on copywriting best practices
  • Proven track record of creating engaging, high-quality content for industry-specific audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative in building new content processes and fostering team collaboration
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Develop industry-specific content for ABM ‘Lighthouse’ campaigns, including white papers, guides, thought leadership articles, blogs, and personalized messaging
  • Partner closely with ABM managers and subject matter experts to create tailored content for high-priority accounts, ensuring it resonates with target audiences
  • Build and implement processes to enhance collaboration between the ABM and Content teams, improving workflow efficiency and content impact
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to ABM managers on writing style and correctness, audience awareness, and messaging approaches/techniques to elevate the overall quality of copy across the team
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and ensure content aligns with business objectives and current market needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product marketing, and design, to maintain consistent messaging and brand alignment
  • Drive innovation by integrating Artificial Intelligence (e.g., ChatGPT) into content creation processes to supplement and enhance the ABM team’s content development efforts
