Responsibilities
- Distill expert conversations (like webinars and podcasts) into actionable, engaging content, such as guides and short-form materials
- Write compelling short-form content (social posts, email copy, blog posts) to drive engagement and conversions
- Develop effective email nurture campaigns, optimizing for audience engagement and pipeline impact
- Create distribution plans that include owned, earned, and paid channels to maximize content reach
- Organize, plan, and manage webinars, including topic ideation, speaker coordination, and promotion to ensure successful attendance and follow-up
- Leverage generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) for research, content outlining, drafting, and polishing, documenting your process transparently
- Continuously refine your approach to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness in content creation and distribution
- Maintain a structured content calendar to ensure timely delivery and coordination across marketing channels
- Embrace the dynamic nature of startup life, proactively adapting to new challenges and opportunities as they arise
Preferred Qualifications
- You have experience managing or producing webinars
- You’ve worked with email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
- You have basic design skills (Canva counts!) and an eye for visuals
- You know a bit of SEO and are excited about AI Search Optimization
