Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a B2B SaaS startup or a growth-stage company
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across formatsโ€”from long-form thought leadership to concise social posts
  • Proven ability in SEO strategy, CMS platforms, analytics dashboards (GA, HubSpot, etc.), and performance reporting
  • Proven as an organized project manager, capable of juggling multiple streams and synchronizing cross-functional dependencies

Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality, engaging content for various channels, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, videos, infographics, and more
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, and optimized for SEO, whether it is AI-generated or human-crafted
  • Lead the scaling of content creation at Limble through AI
  • Leverage AI writing tools โ€”such as Jasper AI , Copy.ai , ChatGPT (OpenAI) , Surfer SEO , Claude , and Grammarly โ€”to accelerate ideation, drafting, personalization, and SEO optimization
  • Monitor and respond to audience comments and feedback to foster engagement and brand loyalty
  • Oversee contributors, both internal and freelance, and manage the workflow between AI output and human refinement
  • Collaborate with our SEO manager to optimize our content for maximum discoverability and engagement
  • Work closely with Demand Generation team to execute on our webinar strategy and create content that fuels their pipeline goals
  • Partner with our Creative team for multimedia content initiatives
  • Track and analyze content performance, providing regular reports and insights on the success of content initiatives and areas for improvement
  • Design and execute a content marketing strategy fueled by personas, product messaging, and buyer journey alignment
