Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- 7+ years of high-tech marketing experience and a broad-based understanding of all of the disciplines of marketing, with experience serving both B2B and B2C audiences
- Inbound and outbound marketing strategy/execution experience and an understanding of digital marketing best practices
- Proven track record of developing and executing content strategies that drive lead generation and audience engagement
- Deep SEO expertise, including hands-on experience with tools like Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and keyword research methodologies
- Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to enhance content production and personalization
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and optimize content strategies accordingly
- Experience with video content, particularly for YouTube and LinkedIn, including scripting, production, and performance optimization
- Ability to operate autonomously, manage multiple projects, and drive results in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Own and execute a regional content strategy that drives measurable business impact
- Develop high-impact content that performs across multiple channels (organic, paid, social, email, WhatsApp, YouTube)
- Optimize content for SEO while ensuring it aligns with broader marketing objectives and audience intent
- Use industry-leading SEO tools (Ahrefs, Google Search Console) to track and improve content performance
- Leverage AI-powered tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and others) to enhance content production, efficiency, and personalization
- Create compelling multimedia content, with a strong focus on video for YouTube and LinkedIn
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Continuously test and optimize content strategies, using analytics and performance insights

Preferred Qualifications
- Comfortable on camera – able to confidently represent the brand in pre-recorded videos, webinars, and thought leadership content, delivering engaging and professional presentations
- Experience creating audio content, such as podcasts, voiceovers, or audio-driven storytelling, with an understanding of best practices for scripting, recording, and optimizing content for engagement
