Summary
Join Localyze, a global company reimagining how people move for work, as a Sr. Content Marketing Manager. You will establish Localyze's thought leadership, building strategic content programs to engage HR and Global Mobility stakeholders. Responsibilities include owning and building the thought leadership program, creating key materials, and liaising with internal stakeholders. You will also build external relationships with industry leaders and manage content performance metrics. This role requires 6+ years of B2B brand management or content marketing experience, strong communication skills, and experience building external stakeholder relationships. A plus is previous experience in global mobility, immigration, or HR Tech. Requirements
- 6+ years experience in B2B Brand management or content marketing
- Experience in building compelling messaging, storylines for externally facing audiences
- Strong communicator with excellent writing & verbal skills is a must. Passionate about creating unique, stand out messaging, storylines and editorial thought leadership
- Ability to manage competing priorities, effectively prioritize and project manage
- Experience building relationships with external stakeholders, media, influencers, research partners, and industry bodies
- Deep understanding of how thought leadership & content KPIs contribute to business objectives
- Entrepreneurial, curious and scrappy mentality with the ability to get stuff done
- Experience partnering with global teams working with leadership, marketing, revenue, product and design teams
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for ensuring that Localyze’s unique vision and product are continuously elevated and, resonate with current & future customers and industry experts
- Own and build our thought leadership, research, editorial and content program. Including building content and awareness through our Founders
- Build and implement a longer term content and thought leadership plan, producing key materials and liaising with internal stakeholders
- Curate and manage a robust thought leadership program via events (for our Beyond Borders event series and, online webinars)
- Establish & Build key external facing relationships with current and future customers, industry leaders, media and influencers
- Collaborate closely with revenue, product, leadership and growth teams
- Establish key reporting metrics on content performance, engagement and site traffic
- Able to stay on top of trends, key messages and influencers in the market
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the global mobility, immigration, and/or HR Tech, B2B SaaS space a plus
- Adaptable, positive attitude, good sense of humor a plus
