Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in content creation and digital marketing
  • Language Proficiency: Native English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Email Marketing Experience: Experience using email marketing platforms such as MailChimp, Klaviyo, Squarespace, Constant Contact, Toast Marketing, etc
  • Content Creation Skills: Proven experience in creating marketing and branding materials, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work
  • Design Proficiency: Familiarity with Canva and similar design tools for creating visual content
  • Multitasking and Attention to Detail: Ability to juggle and appropriately prioritize different competing tasks while maintaining excellent attention to detail
  • Independence: Ability to work independently and creatively, while working with strict parameters and brand guidelines

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop email marketing assets, social media assets, and branding materials that reflect the unique voice and identity of each partner
  • Copywriting: Craft compelling copy for various platforms, ensuring alignment with the respective individual brand guidelines of each partner
  • Email Marketing: Write and design tailored email campaigns in platforms such as MailChimp, Klaviyo, Squarespace, Constant Contact, Toast Marketing and more
  • Industry Insight: Utilize knowledge and interest in hospitality to create relevant and engaging content
  • Visual Translation: Transform creative copy into visually appealing assets using design tools like Canva
  • Brand Voice: Mimic the brand voice of clients in content creation to maintain consistency and authenticity across all channels
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless content delivery and effective communication
