Responsibilities

Research & Reporting: Conduct interviews with subject matter experts to learn and write about new topics, support SEO efforts, conduct keyword research, content creation, on-page optimization, and regular analysis of content and social media effectiveness
Content Creation: Produce well-researched thought leadership pieces in various formats, review/edit the work of others, craft product-related content, support the editorial calendar, and ensure deadlines and quality expectations are always met
Social Media: Draft engaging social media posts, oversee scheduling and day-to-day management of social media posts, engage with social media followers, influencers and partners, convert social media followers into email subscribers and prospects
