Content Marketing Specialist

Summary

Join Mosey, a company simplifying employment compliance for fast-growing businesses, as a Content Marketing professional. You will execute the existing SEO strategy to boost website traffic, manage the blog's content creation and publishing process, and track performance. This role requires 3+ years of content marketing experience, proven writing and editing skills, and a strong understanding of early-stage startups. Requirements

• Have 3+ years experience working in Content Marketing
• Have proven ability to proofread, draft, and edit
• Have experience working at an early-stage startup or eagerness to learn within a fast-paced environment
• Have a strong connection with the mission of the company
• Possess excellent writing skills, able to write for specific target audiences
• Possess strong conceptual and critical thinking skills
• Possess acute attention to detail
• Have the ability to accurately and concisely summarize complex information
• Be comfortable working with ambiguity, and able to pivot quickly when necessary

Responsibilities

• Execute on existing SEO strategy with the goal of increasing traffic to the website
• Conduct keyword research and inform keyword strategy
• Own the end to end blog process, including writing titles, content, and publishing
• Create and maintain content calendar
• Track and report on blog performance
• Be comfortable with backlink building strategy
• Update old blog posts periodically to increase accuracy and performance

Preferred Qualifications

• Be familiar with AI search
• Have experience with pSEO
