Requirements

• Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies across key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Create and schedule engaging social media posts, including text, images, and videos
• Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Adapt existing content for social media distribution
• Ensure all content is informative, engaging, and aligned with brand voice and messaging
• Assist in the creation of email newsletters, including drafting content and scheduling campaigns
• Utilize email marketing platforms like MailerLite to effectively reach target audiences
• Assist with website updates and content management using platforms like Webflow
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media and content marketing
• Identify and explore new opportunities to increase brand visibility and engagement

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with content management systems (CMS) like Webflow is a plus
• Strong understanding of the bookkeeping industry, particularly QuickBooks Online, is highly preferred
• Experience working with accounting firms or in the financial sector is a significant advantage
• Passion for social media and a strong understanding of online marketing trends
