Responsibilities
- Understanding the buyer journey for our target customers and crafting content that resonates with them at every stage
- Tailoring content for an enterprise-level audience, where decision-makers are leadership teams at larger businesses
- Creating captivating and engaging written content for a variety of formats, including blog posts, case studies, reports, webinars, videos, and emails
- Positioning our company as a thought leader by developing and showcasing expert content that highlights our unique strengths
- Collaborating closely with marketing, sales, customer success, and the product team to produce relevant and high-quality content
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to refine and adapt your content
- Leveraging data-driven insights to optimize and enhance existing content
- Delivering your work on time and in-sync with the marketing content calendar
- Copyediting and polishing content to ensure it meets our high standards
- Managing and organizing content within the HubSpot CMS
- Working seamlessly with remote team members through Slack, Asana, and G-Suite
