Responsibilities

  • Understanding the buyer journey for our target customers and crafting content that resonates with them at every stage
  • Tailoring content for an enterprise-level audience, where decision-makers are leadership teams at larger businesses
  • Creating captivating and engaging written content for a variety of formats, including blog posts, case studies, reports, webinars, videos, and emails
  • Positioning our company as a thought leader by developing and showcasing expert content that highlights our unique strengths
  • Collaborating closely with marketing, sales, customer success, and the product team to produce relevant and high-quality content
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to refine and adapt your content
  • Leveraging data-driven insights to optimize and enhance existing content
  • Delivering your work on time and in-sync with the marketing content calendar
  • Copyediting and polishing content to ensure it meets our high standards
  • Managing and organizing content within the HubSpot CMS
  • Working seamlessly with remote team members through Slack, Asana, and G-Suite
