Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience working in a digital first media brand
- A minimum of 1-2 years of content operations experience
- An organizational thinker with a strong attention to detail who has an eye for reducing redundancies and repetitive processes
- A meticulous communicator who keeps multiple teams consistently informed and champions collaboration
- Proven track record of operating independently with the ability to multi-task and pivot with shift in priorities as they arise
- Not afraid to wear multiple hats β no job being too small or too large
- Skilled in using Excel and Google Sheets for data management, ideally with knowledge of formula-building functions including VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and pivot tables
Responsibilities
- Monitor adoption of workflows, procedures, and operations amongst all brands
- Build out cross-team workflows using project management software like AirTable and ClickUp
- Assist with cross-team operations consultations and research and vet 3rd party tools to solve production inefficiencies
- Manage upkeep of brand style guides, training materials, and tool documentation for freelancer and full-time staff
- Manage outreach and contract negotiations for freelancers, as needed
- Assist the Director, Content Operations with the management of invoice processing and ROI reporting on content spends across brands and departments as needed
- Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement within the content team, empowering individuals to excel in their roles and achieve collective success
- Organize initiatives to increase staff motivation and engagement
- Manage additional editorial and operational support tasks as required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with Google Suite, Airtable, Wordpress, and/or ClickUp
