Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• PMP or comparable certification
• 5+ years previous project manager experience
• Experience in agile, and waterfall methodology
• Previous experience in managing projects within Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain
• Skills in Excel, Jira, Powerpoint, MSproject or Smartsheet

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans focused on operations areas such as manufacturing, supply chain, customer service, procurement, and warehousing
• Work closely with teams across operations, product, marketing, retail, and legal to ensure projects align with broader business goals and support operational improvements
• Identify and implement improvements in operational processes to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery across all operational functions
• Proactively identify potential project risks and issues, implement mitigation strategies, and communicate updates to stakeholders to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables
• Track project progress, measure key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular status reports for leadership, highlighting achievements, risks, and areas for improvement
• Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to align on objectives, gather input, and provide updates on project milestones and outcomes
• Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes or technologies by providing training, resources, and ongoing support as needed
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with PMO standards, operational policies, and regulatory requirements across project activities
