Content Project Manager

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience , ideally within a content or creative agency
• Advanced proficiency in project management tools such as Notion , Asana , or ClickUp
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and automations to streamline workflows
• Proven ability to implement and optimize operational systems
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong understanding of content production processes (editorial, design, video, or marketing)

Responsibilities

• Own and streamline communication between clients and internal content teams
• Manage content approvals and feedback loops with clarity and timeliness
• Proactively update Notion boards and timelines to reflect status changes
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality content
• Monitor Slack for client and team updates; collaborate with other PMs to ensure full coverage across accounts
• Onboard new clients and team members into internal systems
• Maintain and improve operational dashboards, automations, and tooling (primarily in Notion)
• Collaborate with leadership on special projects and troubleshooting initiatives
• Partner with tech teams to coordinate system updates
• Keep internal documentation current and contribute to scalable process improvements

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with tools like Slack integrations, Zapier, Airtable, or Figma
• Experience scaling internal processes for fast-growing teams
• Background in creative or media production workflows
• Prior experience training or mentoring junior team members
• Comfortable working across multiple time zones and with global teams
