Requirements
- 3+ years of project management experience , ideally within a content or creative agency
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools such as Notion , Asana , or ClickUp
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and automations to streamline workflows
- Proven ability to implement and optimize operational systems
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong understanding of content production processes (editorial, design, video, or marketing)
Responsibilities
- Own and streamline communication between clients and internal content teams
- Manage content approvals and feedback loops with clarity and timeliness
- Proactively update Notion boards and timelines to reflect status changes
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality content
- Monitor Slack for client and team updates; collaborate with other PMs to ensure full coverage across accounts
- Onboard new clients and team members into internal systems
- Maintain and improve operational dashboards, automations, and tooling (primarily in Notion)
- Collaborate with leadership on special projects and troubleshooting initiatives
- Partner with tech teams to coordinate system updates
- Keep internal documentation current and contribute to scalable process improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with tools like Slack integrations, Zapier, Airtable, or Figma
- Experience scaling internal processes for fast-growing teams
- Background in creative or media production workflows
- Prior experience training or mentoring junior team members
- Comfortable working across multiple time zones and with global teams
