Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in marketing, especially in content promotion, as well as campaign planning and execution
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and email marketing
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to proofread and edit for clarity and brand voice
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent collaboration and project management skills
- Proficiency in English (min. C1 level)
Responsibilities
- Publishing & promoting content: providing substantial support in creating awareness-building and lead generation materials, including podcasts, webinars, blog posts, newsletters, and presentations, ensuring high-quality content aligned with our objectives
- Creating social content: managing social media, drafting posts, adapting to trends, preparing simple visuals
- Planning and scheduling: following calendars, setting timelines, aligning with key dates
- Executing campaigns: coordinating assets, running promotions, setting up registration and follow-ups
- Providing editorial support: proofreading, editing for clarity and tone, ensuring consistency
- Collaborating cross-functionally: working with events, design, and content teams
- Tracking performance: collecting data, reporting results, flagging issues
- Supporting events : managing materials, assisting with logistics
- Maintaining internal processes: updating docs, nudging contributors, documenting workflows
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the software development industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using marketing and analytics tools is a bonus
- Proven experience in a PR/Branding/Marketing agency would be an advantage
