Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in marketing, especially in content promotion, as well as campaign planning and execution
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and email marketing
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to proofread and edit for clarity and brand voice
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent collaboration and project management skills
  • Proficiency in English (min. C1 level)

Responsibilities

  • Publishing & promoting content: providing substantial support in creating awareness-building and lead generation materials, including podcasts, webinars, blog posts, newsletters, and presentations, ensuring high-quality content aligned with our objectives
  • Creating social content: managing social media, drafting posts, adapting to trends, preparing simple visuals
  • Planning and scheduling: following calendars, setting timelines, aligning with key dates
  • Executing campaigns: coordinating assets, running promotions, setting up registration and follow-ups
  • Providing editorial support: proofreading, editing for clarity and tone, ensuring consistency
  • Collaborating cross-functionally: working with events, design, and content teams
  • Tracking performance: collecting data, reporting results, flagging issues
  • Supporting events : managing materials, assisting with logistics
  • Maintaining internal processes: updating docs, nudging contributors, documenting workflows

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the software development industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in using marketing and analytics tools is a bonus
  • Proven experience in a PR/Branding/Marketing agency would be an advantage
