Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Contract Administrator or Project Manager or in a similar role in the landscaping or construction sector
- Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement processes, and industry regulations
- Familiarity with project management practices and tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage contracts, subcontracts, and related documentation
- Ensure all contractual obligations and timelines are met by all parties
- Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and clients regarding contract status and performance
- Maintain accurate contract records and documentation
- Monitor compliance with terms and conditions of contracts
- Manage change orders and track contract amendments
- Assist with bid preparation and procurement processes
- Ensure adherence to local and federal regulations related to contracts and licensing
- Prepare reports related to contract activities and project status
- Support administrative functions as required within the construction or landscaping departments
- Assist with submittals and close out documents
