Join I STA Personnel Solutions South Africa as a Contract Processing & Administrative Support Specialist! This remote role, open to South African citizens only, supports a US-based business funding and financing provider. You will be responsible for entering customer and contract information, running background checks, and generating contracts quickly and accurately. Prior contract administration experience is essential, and a finance/accounting background is highly desirable. The position offers potential for expanded responsibilities. A stable internet connection (fixed fibre line with 25 Mbps speed) and reliable power backup are mandatory.
Requirements
- Experience in CRM platforms and picking up new tools quickly
- Prior experience in contract administration is essential
- Very strong attention to detail
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Work Environment: This is a remote role for South African Citizens only
- Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download), with wired Ethernet connectivity is mandatory
- Power Backup: A reliable backup solution for load shedding and outages is required
Responsibilities
- Entering customer and contract information into the client's CRM system
- Running background checks through internal systems
- Accurately generating and sending out client contracts within 10 minutes of client interaction (speed and precision are critical)
- Other responsibilities may be added over time to expand your scope, depending on client needs
Preferred Qualifications
A background in finance or accounting is highly desirable, as this position may lead to expanded responsibilities over time
