Contract Finance Associate

Summary

The job is for a Finance Associate under the controllership team who will handle monthly financial reporting, analysis, business partnering, and statutory audits. The associate may also support ad-hoc projects. Essential requirements include accounting/business management understanding, excellent stakeholder management skills, self-starter attitude, analytical skills, proficiency in Excel (preferably with SQL and accounting system experience like Netsuite).

Responsibilities

• Monthly financial reporting and analysis
• Business partnering
• Statutory audits
• Support ad-hoc projects such as workflow improvements/ automation, internal controls enhancement, and efficiency strengthening
• Issuing and sending invoices and the supporting documents to customers
• Checking the consistency of data between invoices and tax invoices (faktur pajak)
• Following up with customers on overdue receivables
• Requesting withholding tax slips (bukti potong pajak) from customers
• Updating daily bank cash flow
• Preparing cashout
• Reviewing vendor invoices and employee claims for weekly vendor payment
• Reviewing withholding tax slips (bukti potong pajak) details and sending to vendors
