Redaptive is hiring a Finance Associate with a master's degree in finance or CA and 1-2 years of experience in financial operations. The role involves analyzing customer performances, managing data, developing MIS, and working with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Proficient in MS Office suite
• Ability to record and compile data in excel spreadsheets using spreadsheet features and tools including but not limited to lookup functions, pivot table, and other reference functions
• Tech-savvy skills to support finance and business solutions on various platforms used by the company
• Extremely detail oriented and organized
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and provide deliverables timely

Responsibilities

• Undertake and analyze customer performances spread across various business segments and products
• Management of data and document in systems such as Salesforce, Contract Wrangler, iDeals VDR
• Responsible for data collection, analysis, and presentation for various financial operations tasks
• Development and creation of various MIS which involves data collection, analysis, and reporting of profitability metrics to various internal and external stakeholders
• Work with cross-functional teams to support business, provide solutions, and execute transactions
