Contract Investigator in Worldwide

Summary

The job is for an as-needed Private Investigator who can work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with preference for daytime availability. The job involves conducting investigations, surveillance activities, record searches, compiling reports, and working under minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Candidate MUST have two (2) or more years of experience in investigations experience
• Candidate MUST have (2) or more years of surveillance experience
• Candidate MUST possess a valid PI License
• Be willing to travel up to 100 miles radius based on a geographic location
• Must be able to work under minimal supervision working remotely or in-house
• Must be available to work days, nights, graveyard shifts, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face interviews with subjects, neighbors, coworkers, friends, and associates
• Perform surveillance activities
• Conduct record searches at law enforcement agencies and courthouses, financial and educational institutions relative to the subject of investigation
• Compile complete records from investigations such as witness statements, surveillance logistics, and electronic data gathering
• Submit investigation information into a highly accurate and in-depth report

Preferred Qualifications

• The ideal candidate is organized, self -motivated, adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work under heightened emotional situations and unpleasant conditions as well as on-call 24 hours
• Must have excellent interviewing and writing skills
