Contract Manager

Summary

Join HubSpot's JAPAC team as a Contract Manager, managing small business customer contracts in the ANZ region. Requirements

• Prior experience in contract management, renewal management, account management/ a retention-focused customer service role, or sales
• Passionate about crafting superior customer experiences
• A problem-solver who approaches challenges with curiosity and creativity
• Adept in negotiation with a strong focus on communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing priorities in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Negotiate value-driven renewals and contract changes for all assigned customer contracts, ensuring accurate resolution of inquiries and timely renewals via video-meetings, emails & phone calls
• Work collaboratively with sales, customer success and billing teams to grow accounts and drive incremental product expansion opportunities
• Process Improvement: Advocate for the growth of our Contract Management Organisation by providing feedback and piloting new processes and playbooks
• Operational Intelligence: Participate in forecasting discussions and pipeline reviews to align strategies with organisational objectives
