Contract Manager

Summary

Join HubSpot's JAPAC team as a Contract Manager, managing small business customer contracts within the ANZ region. You will negotiate renewals and contract changes, collaborating with sales, customer success, and billing teams to expand accounts. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, along with experience in contract or account management. Requirements

• Prior experience in contract management, renewal management, account management/ a retention-focused customer service role, or sales
• Passionate about crafting superior customer experiences

Responsibilities

• Negotiate value-driven renewals and contract changes for all assigned customer contracts, ensuring accurate resolution of inquiries and timely renewals via video-meetings, emails & phone calls
• Work collaboratively with sales, customer success and billing teams to grow accounts and drive incremental product expansion opportunities
• Process Improvement: Advocate for the growth of our Contract Management Organisation by providing feedback and piloting new processes and playbooks
• Operational Intelligence: Participate in forecasting discussions and pipeline reviews to align strategies with organisational objectives
