Remote Contracts Manager

Summary

The job is for a Contracts Manager (clinical trial site agreements) position in Precision for Medicine's European team. The role involves managing site agreements across multiple European countries and working closely with the Clinical Operations study team. Candidates should have relevant experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating clinical trial agreements and vendor contracts, as well as strong organizational skills.

Requirements

• Strong relevant experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Clinical Trial Agreements and vendor contracts, as well as management, control, and tracking of the contract process
• Experience within CRO, life science, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry is essential
• Strong site budget negotiation experience
• Experience interacting with Global institutions with main focus on European ones
• Excellent organizational and communication skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, negotiate, and track a variety of legal agreements including confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, and amendment agreements across various locations mainly European ones
• Set up contracting strategies for assigned projects and work closely with Clinical Operations study team to ensure deliverables are in alignment with defined study timelines
