Summary

Join HubSpot as an Associate Contract Manager and handle customer contract inquiries, communicating with customers and colleagues to ensure accurate resolutions and renewals. Manage a high volume of account-related tasks and customer inquiries to maximize customer investment. Resolve customer inquiries promptly, communicate with customers and colleagues for renewal execution, and solve complex billing issues. Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to contract management improvements by providing feedback and piloting new processes. Help identify sales leads by driving value in every conversation. This role requires fluency in Spanish and English and a passion for exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Resolve a high volume of customer inquiries in a timely manner while providing exceptional customer service
• Communicate directly with customers and internal colleagues to ensure the execution of customer renewals
• Solve complex billing issues that require extensive analysis while moving through different scenarios and systems. You will work in conjunction with other internal teams including Customer Success, Accounts Receivable, and Sales, as well as partnering with Business Enablement on ways to enhance our billing infrastructure
• Contribute to the growth of the contract management organization by providing feedback and piloting new processes and playbooks
• Help surface good fit leads to sales by driving value in every conversation
