Summary

The salary range is $155,000 - $200,000 per year with potential bonuses, equity, healthcare benefits, short/long-term disability coverage, life insurance, 401k, paid parental leave, eight paid holidays, unlimited PTO, and hybrid and remote working arrangements.
Requirements
- CPA required
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- A minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible financial leadership experience
- SaaS industry experience required
- Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP, U.S. Tax Compliance, and management reporting and analysis
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and experience with ERP systems; NetSuite experience highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the company's accounting operations
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for management and external stakeholders
- Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with GAAP and other relevant regulations
- Coordinate and manage the annual audit process, including preparation of audit schedules, liaising with external auditors, and ensuring timely completion
- Enact plans to automate financial systems and processes, including further, but not limited to, financial reporting, order to cash, tax compliance, and management reporting
- Mentor and supervise a team of bookkeepers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Drive the implementation of NetSuite ERP system, working closely with IT and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition
