Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in copywriting or brand storytelling
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative and strategic writing across various formats
• Ability to write for different audiences, tones, and platforms (digital, print, video, product)
• Experience developing brand messaging, campaign copy, and social media content
• Understanding of audience engagement, and storytelling techniques
• Ability to collaborate with designers, and creative team to execute ideas
• Strong editing and proofreading skills with attention to grammar, clarity, and brand consistency

Responsibilities

• Craft engaging, persuasive, and conversion-driven copy for brand and product messaging
• Ensure all content aligns with Moniepoint’s tone of voice, audience insights, and brand guidelines
• Conceptualize and write copy for digital ads, social media, and video scripts
• Develop storytelling frameworks that enhance brand campaigns and promotional content
• Collaborate with designers and art directors to pair copy with strong visuals
• Collaborate with strategists to ensure copy aligns with creative strategy
• Create attention-grabbing social media posts, captions, and short-form content
• Develop storytelling strategies for social media engagement and audience growth
• Stay updated on trending topics, cultural moments, and fintech industry news to craft relevant copy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in fintech, banking, or financial services is an added advantage
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital content strategy is considered a plus
• Familiarity with performance marketing and A/B testing for ad copy optimization is an added advantage
