Summary

Requirements

  • Excellent writer with experience creating engaging, creative content for a B2B and/or Technology brand
  • Demonstrable understanding of social platforms, trends, and best practices, with strong instincts for what performs and why
  • Fast, responsive, and decisive with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Self-motivated and self-directed; able to work independently and as an active member of the team
  • Highly organized with superior attention to detail
  • Efficient in multitasking, prioritization, and time management
  • Proven ability to work with and influence a range of stakeholders
  • Writes and speaks fluent English. Additional languages are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the vision for Remoteโ€™s organic social media program, leveraging data and insights to engage and grow our audience
  • Manage day-to-day reactive and proactive communications on all key social media channels
  • Master Remoteโ€™s brand voice and use it to create consistent, compelling content that drives engagement across platforms
  • Plan and manage the publishing calendar, including internally sourcing or creating multimedia assets
  • Track, measure, and report on social performance regularly, using insights to inform content decisions and optimize engagement
  • Stay on top of social trends and cultural moments, actively listening to conversations and identifying timely opportunities for Remote to show up
  • Support employee and executive social advocacy, helping internal voices amplify key messages and build personal thought leadership
  • Regularly assess and evolve our social strategy, ensuring weโ€™re making the most of internal resources, cross-functional collaboration, and new opportunities
