Copywriter Lead

Summary

Join Fresh Prints, a rapidly growing custom apparel startup in NYC, as a Revenue Copywriter! You'll collaborate with designers and the sales team to craft high-converting copy for various marketing assets, ensuring brand consistency and adapting to evolving trends. This role requires 1-2 years of experience writing for US audiences, excellent communication skills, and comfort with Agile marketing. You'll be working remotely with flexible hours (3 PM to 12 AM Philippine time) and receive a starting salary of $700 monthly. Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience writing for US audiences
• Fluency in English
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working in an Agile marketing structure
• Strong time management & prioritization skills
• Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects

Responsibilities

• Craft high-converting short-form copy in collaboration with Graphic Designers for all marketing assets
• Collaborate with the sales team to write persuasive sales copy that moves customers through the marketing funnel
• Create audience segmentation per initiative to personalize marketing communications at scale
• Work with the team to plan and execute on revenue-generating initiatives
• Create and/or edit content for the internal team, ensuring brand voice consistency as needed
• Stay updated on social media trends and the evolving language and culture in the USA to adapt marketing strategies accordingly
• Maintain and update the Fresh Prints language brand guide, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives
