Summary
Join MeridianLink as a Core Integration Specialist and leverage your programming aptitude and client interaction skills to troubleshoot integration issues. You will manage backlogs, participate in technical workshops, gather client requirements, analyze workflows, and contribute to the internal knowledge base. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a passion for learning and teaching. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within IT or Fintech. A bachelor's degree with a 3.5 GPA or relevant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Manages backlog, readily updates clients and internal staff, and solves cases in a timely manner
- Participates in technical workshops with clients to derive value added services and implementations
- Gathers Core Integration requirements from clients to create cases for staff to resolve
- Analyzes business workflows and technical information provided by clients and advises the best custom solution for the clientโs business workflow
- Contributes to internal knowledgebase by documenting client requests in a clear and concise form to reduce the turnaround time that is necessary to complete a given request
- Troubleshoot and rapidly identify solutions that can be implemented without the need for additional resources
- Helps peers understand various requirements/constraints of the supported Core Integrations
- Performs other projects/duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree w/ GPA requirement of 3.5 or higher from an accredited college/university, or relevant experience
- 1+ years in customer-facing roles, preferably for IT/Fintech companies
- Familiarity with programming languages like VB.NET , C#, or Java
