Summary

Join Power Digital as a Paid Media Senior Strategist and manage enterprise-level fashion/apparel account campaigns, focusing on daily optimizations, campaign creation, and high-level strategy. You will analyze campaign performance data, participate in weekly scrums and training, and continuously improve campaign performance. Maintain excellent communication with internal teams and clients, leverage AI and outsource resources, and contribute industry knowledge. This role requires 4-5 years of digital marketing experience, including 4 years of hands-on SEM experience on large accounts, and proficiency in various campaign types and software. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a flexible approach to client needs. Requirements

  • 4-5 years of digital marketing experience
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing Specifically having experience with campaign development and optimization processes such as bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy development on large, enterprise-level accounts
  • Significant campaign management experience in 3 or more of the following additional campaign types: Performance Max
  • Standard Shopping
  • YouTube Ads
  • Display Advertising
  • Local campaigns
  • Bing Ads
  • Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s)
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics
  • Expert knowledge of funnel marketing and paid media’s place in the marketing funnel
  • Strong ability to formulate meaningful insights from marketing data, going beyond the stat and telling the story
  • Excellence in channel production and account performance

  • Flexible approach to ad-hoc client needs

Responsibilities

  • Enterprise-level fashion/apparel account campaign management, including daily optimizations, campaign creation, and high-level strategy ownership (weekend optimizations required for select accounts)
  • Provide intelligent analysis, interpretation, and action plans based on campaign performance data and data from client-specific source of truth (e.g. GA, Shopify, etc.)
  • Participate and engage in weekly department scrums and training sessions to further channel knowledge
  • Continuously seek to improve campaign performance against client goals
  • Maintain frequent and excellent communication both on internal agency teams and externally with assigned clients
  • Seek to utilize available AI and outsource resources to assist in workflow wherever possible
  • Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
  • Contribute industry learnings and knowledge sharing as it relates to paid advertising in fashion division meeting
