Requirements
- Be based in SΓ£o Paulo
- Have 2+ years of experience with IT support experience
- Possess strong technical IT skills (PC and MAC configurations)

Responsibilities
- Provide IT equipment support (PC/Macbooks), logistics and hardware life-cycle management
- Purchase, setup, configuration, restoration and shipment of IT equipment
- Coordinate the delivery of onboarding kits and manage the offboarding process for IT equipment across multiple countries
- Develop and document IT support procedures and protocols
- Liaise with department heads to understand their IT needs and provide tailored solutions
- Ensure timely and effective communication with end-users throughout the problem resolution process
- Design, implement and manage security measures for the protection of the organizations cloud based services using strong authentication and authorization
- Work with department heads to define and then audit security policies across our PC/Mac, cloud, and mobile environments
