Summary

Join the high-performing NEMEA Corp Sales team, a dynamic group blending experienced professionals and new talent. You will engage new and existing HashiCorp Open Source users, leveraging various tools and strategies to build relationships and displace competitors. Responsibilities include managing multiple sales cycles, aligning solutions with customer needs, and forecasting business. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of closing experience in the IT sector, a strong understanding of MEDDPICC qualification, and a proven track record of exceeding sales goals. Remote work is offered.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of closing experience within the IT sector (SaaS is a plus)
  • Team player and can-do attitude
  • Strong and competent understanding of MEDDPICC Qualification
  • Success managing volume with both inbound and outbound sales motions
  • Familiarity with Cloud and Infrastructure software
  • A consistent record of meeting and exceeding annual/quarterly goals and targets
  • Past experience creating and executing quarterly and annual business plans
  • A strong executive presence, communication skills, and credibility
  • Experience with forecasting and business reporting

Responsibilities

  • Engage new and existing HashiCorp Open Source Users to demonstrate how they can be more successful with our technology portfolio
  • Prospect Engagement: Leverage SDRs, Marketing and Network to build relationships with key prospects in territory to displace incumbent technologies
  • Engage in significant Outbound activity making use of the tools available (Outreach.io, Sales navigator, etc.)
  • Manage multiple sales cycles, sales campaigns, and prospects in a high-paced dynamic environment
  • Build and execute complex sales engagements targeting personas that stretch from practitioner to decision maker
  • Align HashiCorp technology solutions to customers' business needs, challenges, and technical requirements
  • Execute solution and value selling to existing customer base and new prospects
  • Articulate and evangelize the vision and positioning of both the company and products
  • Qualify queries, requests, and inbound leads that come through our website and other channels
  • Accurately forecast business on a monthly and quarterly cadence
  • Use Sales Qualification Methodology (MEDDPICC)
  • Leverage Hashicorps Partner and channel landscape to prospect and effectively close business through strong collaboration and relationship building

Preferred Qualifications

  • Business development background is a plus
  • Experience with Open Source Software business models is preferred but not required
