Summary

Join Beamery's diverse Marketing Team as a Corporate Communications Coordinator! This detail-oriented role focuses on social media management, event planning logistics, and supporting various corporate communications initiatives. You will develop and execute social media strategies, coordinate events, and assist in drafting press releases and other communications materials. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, organized multitasker, and enthusiastic team player. This position reports to the Director, Corporate Communications, and has a dotted line to the Corporate Communications Manager. The salary is $65,000-$85,000 plus equity and benefits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
  • Experience in marketing for a B2B software company, ideally with some experience in corporate communications, social media management, or event planning
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Creative mindset with a passion for crafting engaging content and memorable events

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with Beamery’s brand voice and objectives
  • Manage content creation, scheduling, and posting across all corporate social media platforms
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize engagement and reach and track to achieving annual corporate goals
  • Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices to enhance Beamery's online presence
  • Coordinate logistics for prospect- and customer-facing corporate self-hosted and sponsored events, trade shows, and external partner events
  • Manage event timelines, vendor relationships, and on-site logistics to ensure seamless execution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop event collateral and promotional materials
  • Support post-event evaluations and reporting to measure success and identify areas for improvement
  • Serve as an onsite presence at select events to support overall event execution, including interacting with prospects and customers to generate leads and opportunities for the business
  • Assist in drafting press releases, internal newsletters, award submissions, analyst presentations, and corporate announcements
  • Support the development and execution of internal- and external-facing communications plans for key initiatives
  • Maintain a content calendar for external and internal communications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging consistency across all channels

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
