Requirements
- 2+ years of administrative experience supporting multiple stakeholders
- Experience supporting corporate events, executive meetings, or tradeshows
- Demonstrated strong project management experience
- Self-driven, ability to drive projects with some supervision
- Proven ability to excel in a dynamic environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience working cross-functionally
- Good critical thinking skills
- Adaptable and flexible
- Strong desire to learn and grow
- Ability to travel 15-20%
Responsibilities
- Provide planning and logistical support for Veevaβs major customer conferences
- Support planning and execution of key components of large-scale (2,000+ attendees) world-class conferences in a convention center venue
- Assist with managing and updating internal planning documents
- Provides heavy administrative support across the events team
- Supports internal communications for events
- Supports special projects across the events team
- Supports sponsor process for Veeva customer events
